Susan takes a holistic approach to working with people. She understands that balanced and vital health involves body, mind, and spirit. Susan combines evidence-based psychological approaches, mindfulness techniques, and psychotherapy to tailor an individual program for each of her clients, enabling them to move through their healing and become more resourceful and confident.
